Arrange personalized area orientation tours of local communities and surrounding neighborhoods.
Represent the transferee through the offering and purchasing of a home; obtaining the proper home inspections, and processes until closing. Provide local utility information as well as recommend local insurance providers.
Constantly anticipating and assessing the needs of the transferee to avert problems before the closing and after.
Evaluate each transferee's existing home to ensure the marketing and sale is consistent with current market trends.
Coordinate pre-listing services needed including appraisals, repairs, staging, professional photography, etc.
Help coordinate all departure services.
Provide helpful information for temporary/rental housing, if needed.
Provide information for moving household items through trusted providers.
